This page explains what personal data valeospipe.art collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it, under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish data law.

What we collect and why
- Orders: your name, email, postal address and what you bought, to send your order, answer you about it and keep the accounts the law requires.
- Payments: card details go straight to Stripe and are never seen or stored by us; we only see that a payment went through.
- Messages: the name, email and message you send through the contact form, to reply to you.
The legal basis is the contract with you for orders, and our legitimate interest in replying for messages. We don't send marketing emails and don't sell or share your data.
Who else handles it
- Stripe, for card payments and the Mail Club subscription.
- Google (Firebase), which hosts this site and stores contact messages.
- Correos or another postal service, which gets your address to deliver your order.
Some of these companies may process data outside the EU, under the safeguards GDPR requires (such as standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
Order records are kept for six years, as Spanish accounting law requires. Contact messages are deleted within a year once answered.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to its use, or to get a copy of it, by emailing valeospipe@gmail.com. If you think we have mishandled your data, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, AEPD.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. It only keeps your cart in your own browser so it's still there when you come back, which needs no consent. Stripe's checkout page uses its own cookies to process the payment safely.
