Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on valeospipe.art. Placing an order means you accept them, so please read them first.

2. Products and prices
The shop sells illustration prints, sticker sheets and the Mail Club, a monthly envelope of new illustration. Pictures on the site show the artwork; colours can look slightly different on paper than on a screen.
Prices are in euros and include Spanish VAT (IVA, 21%). Postage is shown in the cart before you pay and added to the total.
3. Ordering and paying
Choose your products and shipping region in the cart, then check out. You can pay by card through Stripe, or, when card payment is not offered, by Bizum or bank transfer after emailing your order. The contract is made once payment is confirmed; you get a confirmation by email.
4. Shipping
Orders are posted from Barcelona within 3 working days of payment.
- Spain: free, usually delivered in 2 to 5 working days.
- European Union: €2 per order, usually delivered in 5 to 10 working days.
- Rest of world: €5 per order, usually delivered in 10 to 20 working days.
Orders outside the EU may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country; these are paid by the buyer.
5. Mail Club
The Mail Club is a monthly subscription for the club plus postage to your region. The first month is charged when you join, and then every month on the same day until you cancel. Each payment covers one envelope. You can cancel at any timefrom your subscription page or by emailing valeospipe@gmail.com; it stops before the next charge, and months already paid are still sent.
6. Your right to cancel
You can cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For the Mail Club, the 14 days run from receiving the first envelope. To cancel, email valeospipe@gmail.com with your name and order, or use the withdrawal form, which gives you a receipt straight away.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, unused and in their original packaging, to the seller's address above. Return postage is paid by you. We refund everything you paid, including the standard postage, within 14 days of your notice, using the same payment method. We may wait to refund until the items arrive back.
7. Damaged items and guarantee
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within a few days with a photo and we will replace or refund it. You also have the legal guarantee of conformity of three years from delivery.
8. Complaints and law
Write to valeospipe@gmail.com with any complaint and we will answer within a month. These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you buy as a consumer, you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence and can go to the courts there.
